Marco‘s tweets covers almost everything and I don’t need to add anymore. He also has done the presentation in EASAA 2018 (Naples). It is really sorry that I missed to join the conference… Anyhow I’ll post furthermore abouth our aims and findings in the field.

　すでに4か月が過ぎてしまいましたが、2018年2月後半、パキスタン・シンド州北部で総合調査を実施しました。かねて準備を進めていた、スペイン、パキスタンとの合同調査です。すでに協力協定は2017年中に締結していたのですが、今回が初めてのフィールド調査となります。あわせて、共同調査全体をJASPAR (Japan-Spain-Pakistan Archaeological Research)と称することになったので、プロジェクトページの記載も変更しました。

　調査中の様子については英文記事の通り、共同調査者でスペイン側代表のマルコ（Marco Madella: Pompeu Fabra University）がこまめにツイッターにアップしていた通りです。調査は、古環境、考古学、民族考古学の各分野にまたがり今後の調査地や調査方法を検討するための事前確認を中心としており、約1週間でタール砂漠からキールタル山地東麓まで東西およそ175kmの範囲を横断しました。個別の遺跡や調査内容については追って投稿しますので、気長にお待ちください。
